Why do you ask?
Are you asking what fish is the tastiest? Which one is most familiar to Western tastes? Which one feels best in the mouth? What grade of a particular fish is best?
If you're a newbie (or are looking to introduce someone), I'd suggest starting with something like a cucumber roll (kappa maki). Not terribly "authentic," but it gets the newbie into tasting (and feeling) the seaweed and the pickled rice (which is where the work "sushi" comes from).
From there, tuna (maguro) is a nice first fish. It's raw, but has a taste which is compatible with Western tastes. It's not chewy or slimy and, at its best, tastes more like beef than fish.
Now, more experienced sushi eaters may say that other things taste best. Uni, sea urchin, is prized by some. Others (myself included) find it tastes horrendous. I like the texture of octopus, but it has very little taste. Squid and cuttlefish are quite similar.
The ultimate sushi, of course, is fugu (blowfish). I've never had it, but I've been told that it has very little taste. However, people are willing to spend a lot of money (and risk their lives, in some cases) to eat it.

I haven't found one yet that I don't like. I really enjoy the spicy tuna ones.
