There are just too many to choose from out there. I looked at the following: Cook'n, BigOven, Living Cookbook, eChef, Recipe Center, AccuChef, and Home Cookin. They all look similar. Would reccomend or NOT reccomend any of them, and why?

I am baking a prepackaged mix of chocolate chip cookies tonight, I dont have time to go to the store and I dont have any eggs. I am supposed to use 1 egg for every pouch ( I am only using one pouch). Is there anything else I can use as a substitute for the cookies instead of eggs? ( I heard that for a low cholesterol option you can use applesauce, but in what amount?)

Thanks...

All oatmeal breakfast bar recioes I've seen are sweet. I'm trying to come up with something savory-- not sweet-- for the local diabetic. Thank you.

I don't mean those cases of small water bottles... I mean a LARGE bottle of water (the largest I can find is like 24 oz.). Something like those big Arrowhead bottles (is it a gallon? larger? not sure). I'm specifically looking for this brand. I drink this stuff constantly (I find the taste is very specific), and I hate wasting tons of small bottles. Plus I'm sure it'd be cheaper in bulk...
Thanks!

Another cooking question - I made the zuppa toscana soup and alfredo sauce from Olive Garden once, and realized it uses alot of Heavy Cream (which I knew cuz I used to work there, but I didn't know we used THAT much) and i know that can't be the best for you. It was extremely good and tasted just like it. Are there any good tasting substitutions with more health benefits, or am I stuck with it?

For example, if you eat all meats are you going to be more primitive? If you eat more fruits are you going to act more natural? Do foods have any effect on the way you act or feel? Thanks.

I am fixing chicken cordon bleu for dinner, and I was wondering if a hollandaise sauce would be good to drizzle over the top of the chicken once it is done cooking. I know it is generally used with fish, eggs and vegetables, but its got a light lemon flavor, would it be good on chicken?

I bake cookies alot and I haven't found a good recipe for chewy chocolate cookies that stay chewy even after they cool. I love chewy cookies not hard. So I was hoping someone knew how 2 make them chewy even when they're cooled. If its possible!!

I want the smokey flavor of the grilling but the tenderness of the crockpot. Can I cook them in the pot and finish them in the crock? Or should I grill them first then transfer them to the pot? Do I have to add liquid to the pot of can I just cook them after I add seasoning?

I've always eaten mountain oysters fried & loved them. I was wondering if anyone has a recipe to prepare them in the oven instead of fried??
