Yes. There is an actual Ener-G Egg replacer that you can buy at most health food stores. Other things you can use are:
2 tbsp Corn Starch = 1 egg <~~ this is what I use. If it is a little dry you can add a table spoon of oil or a little bit of water until it has the consistency you desire.
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce - 1 egg
1 banana = 1 egg in cakes
Eggs are what holds the bakery together. Sometimes we do not need eggs at all. When baking cookies, I just put in some water and they turn out perfectly. For cakes I use the corn starch.
Here is a link to some other interesting alternatives. :)

The following has been copied from www.about.com and was written by Jolinda Hackett.
Egg replacer is a must if you’re baking without eggs. While many people use flax seeds, bananas or even silken tofu to replace the eggs in a baked recipe, I prefer Ener-G egg replacer. Ener-G is economical and easy to use. Made from a variety of raising ingredients, egg replacer can be used in cookies, cakes and brownies as well as pancakes, waffles and more. Ener-G egg replacer is also certified Kosher.
Even if you’re not vegan, using egg replacer while baking will help lower your cholesterol intake and, as one box is the equivalent of 100 eggs, its a good investment as well.

One banana per egg works and it's easy, but tastes like banana.
Or use some ground flax seeds (aka flax meal).
Different kinds of starches will do the trick.
Peraonally, I make cake, bread, cookies, pancakes, ... and never use eggs, I just think that there is no need for eggs. Or you can get a store-bought egg-replacer powder from the store that uses some already figured out starches for replacement.

The combination of 3 T. water, 3 T. oil, 2 tsp. baking powder; mixed together is the substitution for 2 eggs.
My Sister-in-Law is allergic to EVERYTHING under the sun. I use the above to sub for eggs when I bake her non-wheat, non-soy, non-dairy, non-everything recipes.

I have used organic applesauce (Gravenstein) in place of eggs - about an eighth of a cup per Large egg per recipe. There may need to be a small adjustment in the other liquids depending on the weather (warm or cold, dry or damp).

Moist Chocolate Cake
Makes 12 servings
Cake:
2 ¼ c unbleached white flour
1 ¾ c Sugar
2/3 c unsweetened cocoa
1 ½ t baking powder
1 ¼ t baking soda
1 t salt
½ c soft tofu
1 ½ c water
1 t vanilla extract
½ c unsweetened applesauce
Cocoa icing:
1 c sugar
6 T cornstarch
4 T unsweetened cocoa
½ t salt
1 c water
2 T oil
½ t vanilla
1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly oil and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. (Or 2 8-inch round cake pans.)
2. In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a food processor, puree tofu with ½ c of the water. Add remaining water and vanilla and process until mixture is smooth. Add the dry ingredients and process on high just until mixed. Add applesauce and process on high until completely mixed.
4. Spread batter into prepared pan(s) and bake for 40 to 45 minutes (30 to 35 minutes for round pans), or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, Remove cake(s) from oven and let cool completely (about 2 hours) before frosting. (Round layers can be removed from pans after I hour.)
5. To prepare icing: In a medium saucepan sift together sugar corn starch, cocoa, and salt. Whisk in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Let boil for 1 to 2 minutes, remove from heat, and stir in oil and vanilla. (Take care not to let the icing boil too long or you’ll end tip with an icing that sets like taffy. Let cool. Frost cooled cake with cooled icing, cover, and refrigerate until serving rime.
Just look for the type of recipe that you want, and add the phrase vegan recipe to your serach parameters.
