Does anyone have a recipe for baked mountain oysters??

I know, I know, lots of folks think it's gross but they probably haven't given them a chance.
I've always eaten mountain oysters fried & loved them. I was wondering if anyone has a recipe to prepare them in the oven instead of fried??

Put them in a shallow baking dish with butter, garlic, salt and pepper bake covered for about 1/2 hour.

have u tried broiling them or roasting them like u would a chicken
