you mix champagne and orange juice, it helps if you shake it or mix it around a bit.
or you can just buy buck's fizz already made in a shop

Orange Juice and sparkling wine/champagne for an alcoholic Bucks Fizz. For a non-alcoholic version use Orange Juice and Lemonade.

In the USA they call it a Mimosa which always confuses the heck out of new balloon pilots in the Masai Mara Game reserve Kenya when they arrive from Europe.

it is just champagne and orange juice, but for another refreshing drink try champagne, cranberry jucie and apple juice and fresh cranberries floating on the top, we had this christmas morning, and it was lovely, very refreshing and much nicer than the normal bucks fizz!
