Does it have to be just one? I can't think of just one, in fact I have a hard time thinking of one I don't like. I think about what I am going to eat for lunch while I am eating breakfast. I think about what I had for dinner while I sleep. I think of what I should have had for dinner while I sleep. I think of what I might have for dinner tomorrow while I sleep. Basically, I don't think I have a favorite food, I just done have any non-favorites either. Food is great, any way you slice it, it is great.

While we are on the subject, how do people get full? I do not know the meaning of full. I can always eat. I have an iron gut and eat anything and everything. Those people who say they aren't hungry are crazy or mentally incapacitated. There is no such thing as not being hungry if good food is around.

Nutritious foods are my favorite. I stay away from animal flesh(fowl, red meat, and recently fish). Also, I just cut eggs from my diet.

I eat soy, whey protien, cottage cheese, cheese, organic and natural beans and rice, yogurt(natural and no added sugar), olive oil, garlic, etc. I could keep going and going. Eating healthy does'nt meen a person has to eat bland food. There is a wide and diverse selection and different ways to prepare vegetarian food.

Cheeseburgers, tacos, spaghetti, tator tots, cooked mushrooms,
chicken nuggets, breaded shrimp, mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. Those are all of my favorite foods. There's probably a lot more that I have forgotton.

I like veggie burgers, onion rings, fruit, dried fruit, low-fat cheesecake, pumpkin pie, salads with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, whole wheat penne noodles with tomato basil pasta sauce topped with pine nuts and spinach, veggie curry, veggie stir fries with tofu, soups, fruity candy (Skittles, Mike and Ike's, Swedish Fish), Vanilla Soy Milk, Optimum cereal, Banana Smoothies made with Soymilk, Soy Ice Cream.

I know, I like tons 'o stuff.

My water is great to me and my body. I just Love water so much. Fruits and Vegetables of course. Anything that is healthy and great to the body. Oranges are yummy.
