I am going mad with all the talk of dieting after the festive season here in London.

The problem is that despite the fact that for years nutritionists have told us the best way to lose or maintain a healthy weight is moderation we seem unable to just do a little excercise, eat smaller portions more often and eat a little bit of everything.

What makes it so hard for us to change our habits? (Myself included)
