Does anyone know how approximatley how many calories are in 1 slice of baked ham (as in thanksgiving ham)?

what about a serving of macaroni and cheese casserolle that is prepared with milk and cheese mixed with the macaroni and put in the oven.

too many calories!!!
about 100 cals for the ham (honey roasted etc. variety)
about 150 cals for the macaroni with all the extras.
