whites are healthier than yolks. fried is good only with canola oil. the bread is tricky. If it is the wheat bread that is packaged like white- then it has no real nutritional value. The bread needs to be from a bakery- where the food isn't thoroughly processed.

Anything fried is really not healthy. unless you are frying them a little bit of olive or canola oil.
