it sounds healty, but i discourage using any part of an egg.

whites are healthier than yolks. fried is good only with canola oil. the bread is tricky. If it is the wheat bread that is packaged like white- then it has no real nutritional value. The bread needs to be from a bakery- where the food isn't thoroughly processed.

It's healthier than having yolk but doesn't taste as good. Good Morning!

I love soft boiled eggs on butter wheat bread. Yum

If you use very little oil to cook the egg then it is pretty healthy.

Anything fried is really not healthy. unless you are frying them a little bit of olive or canola oil.
