I know that you typically won't use olive oil when frying because it does not have as high a smoking point than a canola or peanut oil. In what other scenarios would you use those types of oils rather than olive oil in cooking?

I don't think it would be hot enough to cook the dough or melt the cheese, but my buddy watches the food network all the time and says that you can. Even so I don't think I would eat a dutch oven pizza, help me put my buddy in his place. I want to serve him a helping dose of sweet dutch oven justice.

I read coffee can have positive health affects on people who drink it. But I came across an article below that says adding milk to your coffee kills the antioxidants (which have the health benefits). Now does anyone know if adding non-dairy creamer would have the same affect on the antioxidants?

I just remember this Christmas cookie from when I was little. Well, it isn't exactly a cookie, it's more like a bar. It was mostly chocolate but I also remember some kind of mint frosting layer. Does this ring any bells for anyone? I don't remember what it's called or how to make it. Any help would be appreciated!

Also, could Mike's Hard Lemonade and Smirnoff cause people who drink it to gain weight in their stomach? I don't like beer that much b/c I don't want to gain, but I love the taste of these drinks and am wondering if they could do the same thing to someone's physique that beer can do?

Last night I made a big pot chicken cacciatore and instead of cut up whole chicken I used boneless breasts and the chicken came out tough and stringy. Any way to salvage it? I was going to take it to work for lunch this week. ;-(
