hi there if your thinking of going to cooking school good for you.Do you live on the east coast or the west coast ?? There is Johnson and Wales School i think that it is in N.J. and there is one in N.Y. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the school..You may want to check out some of your community collages some of them ofter courses in cooking>>>Good Luck

Don't pay to go to cooking school. go to a nice hotel / restaurant an get an apprentice ship you will learn a lot more an get paid then pay thousands of dollars for nothing
