In general what would be the effect of 50mL of vodka...?

on a 115lb girl?

Im guessin a night she wont remember.... or a night she'll do things/people that she will later regret...
50ml= a shot? two?

but a quart is 946 ml... so unless she hasn't drank before or something else was in it, ... we all react to alcohol differently

That's about a shot glass worth. If the girl has no tolerance for alcohol (usually doesn't drink), it will give her a buzz and maybe slightly giddy for a while. Probably intense for about 20 mins.
