I saw it used on one of the food network shows, in Indian cuisine (I think).
It looks like an upside-down funnel and fits over your skillet to steam the food and keep flavors recirculating.
My son would LOVE one!

I had two tuna fish sandwiches and Wavy Lays Potato Chips. Oh, and ginger ale soda. I'll probably make Beef Stew tomorrow.

I know that the Wine Spectator is there but they charge a fee. I have done a number of searches and can not find any good sites for rating wines. I drink domestic and international wines.

I always make this using real butter, but from the beginning, I could tell the butter was not mixing well with the sugar and water. It was seperating the whole time. Even when the sugar got to hard crack stage, the oil from the butter was on it's own. Should I use a higher quality butter? Did I heat the butter too fast? Any ideas, friends??

I have an idea for a grocery price website. Kind of like the cheapest gas in the area site. If you find a low price on a grocery store item you would go to the site and update with the price, store, location, date, if it's on sale, and how long. Then everyone can compare prices and see what's cheapest and where. What do you think? Do they have a site like that?

I planned a Scavenger Hunt and told my managers they were sworn to secrecy. Well, the information has been leaked and the teenagers are throwing tantrums. (big surprise) Now I want to change the party all together and throw them a real curve ball. What would be a great idea besides a Scavenger Hunt?

I've got some containers with a 5 in a triangle but the lids have a 2 in a triangle. They're the right size for individual servings and I think they are safe for freezing, but what about thawing or heating in the microwave? Tell me please, if you know.

I just found a bread recipe that I want to try, but the ingredient list calls for 1 1/2 lbs. of flour and I do not have a scale; can anyone either convert 1 1/2 lbs. of flour to a volume measurement for me or measure out this weight and tell me how much you got?

Thanks!
