And, do they stain when the juice gets on your clothes?

Pomegranate juice, my favourite drink whenever I am in Israel is full of anti-oxidants and is highly prized for reducing cholesterol and fighting heart disease. It also contains vitamin C. In some countries they use the seeds as a spice called anardana. If you are in the Caribbean or Israel and can get freshly picked fruit, eat the seeds along with the fleshy covering. The fiber is very healthy also.

Lots of antioxidants and vitamins.
They taste really good, too.
I don't think that counts as nutrition, but it ought to.

It defiitely stains though... really badly.
White purse completely ruined 'cause of a pomegranite. It stains alright =]
