I have been asked to make homemade meatballs for a large party. How much do you think I should charge if all materials are provided?

It will depend on the number of people served and the size of each meatball. You should consider about 2-3$ per person if each person can have 3-4 meatballs.

You can't really charge if they are providing all the materials. That is usually the expectation when a client provides materials. I am not sure how you would bill your time and (gas?)cause that is all you can charge if they buy all the materials.

If all of the materials are being provided then you would bill for your time. I would also include any operating costs and rental or use costs for dishes etc.
