I planned a Scavenger Hunt and told my managers they were sworn to secrecy. Well, the information has been leaked and the teenagers are throwing tantrums. (big surprise) Now I want to change the party all together and throw them a real curve ball. What would be a great idea besides a Scavenger Hunt?

First of all tell them there is a mystery shopper coming on the next busy friday. Jokes on them! After the shift bring them to a neighboring restaurant where the big spread is set up, let the alcohol flow. You can set it up with the other GM, maybe reciprical parties? Give each of them a special "mystery shopper gift bag"!
Enjoy.

I think it depends on the age of your employees and
how fun they are. A resturant near me does an 80's
prom night. I haven't been but my wife and I have had
tons of fun just watching these goofbals walking in
to the place with power blue tuxes and green dresses.

Something along those lines I think would be cool. You
could play Top Gun on the big screen and blast cheesy
80's songs on the juke box. Have a contest for the best
80s costume. And find a realy cool prize for it.

Anyway hope this helps.

My teenage help threw tantrums when they heard I was taking them bowling for our Christmas party. Yet they all showed up and had a blast! (I tossed in some monetary prizes for the highest scores, me excluded, so maybe bribery is in order. They'll love it when they show up for the Scavenger Hunt.)

Sounds like fun!

take those whiney punks to a video arcade, work a deal w/ the arcade to BYOfood, and get discount cash cards to use in the machines.

How about a Gingerbread House decorating contest? Use graham crackers and paper beer or coke carriers (that hold 6) to form the houses, then have tons of stuff ot decorate. Take votes and give a cool prize to the winner(s).

The Cellar in downtown Fullerton! it is astonishing, an underground wine cellar-and that they have a small inner maximum eating room. different than that, l. a. Vie En Rose in Brea has 2 or 3 very effective inner maximum rooms, 21 oceanfront in Newport has a wine room sownstairs this is extremely cool too. uncertain how many human beings you're speaking-those are all particularly intimate in length. in case you desire larger-I wiuld advise the Summit domicile in Fullerton-large perspectives, nutrition, etc.
