Well, aren't they 13 when they bar mitzvah? How about jersys w/ the # 13 on them, the cake done like a jersy w/ 13 on it (and the last name across the top), and various sporting goods used as centerpieces? Footballs on a tee, baseballs in a wire bucket, a basket ball w/ a hoop net draped over it....
