I'm not so handy in a kitchen, but I want to cook turkey breasts for Thanksgiving. The problem is I live overseas and only have basics--a baking pan, aluminium foil, baking paper, butter, salt, pepper. I don't have meat thermometer. I don't have those baking bags either.

The turkey breasts each are 2 lbs./ 900 grams. I want to do 2 at the same time. How long should I bake them? Do I need to baste them? There's very little fat, and no skin, on the only turkey I could find where I'm living. Any tips on how to do this so it comes out nice?

I have to bake pies with sweetner in them instead of sugar. I have never done this before and, I need to know if it bakes as good as sugar does. If it doesn't, then I need an alternative that will not give me high blood sugar. Can anyone help? I appreciate it. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

(such as bananna, zucchini, raisin). I've left them out overnight and it was fine, I am curious though as to what is safe... most of these breads are made with eggs. Thanks

ps Happy Thanksgiving

Mild, bold, full-bodied.... what does it all mean?
Does it all have the same amount of caffeine (besides decaf of course).

Orange juice is called orange juice, apple juice is called apple juice but it's called lemonade? I mean i understand that it has added sugar and stuff but so does that other stuff it's not like it's pure orange juice or apple juice. So why aren't they called orangeade or appleade??
