Iced tea with frozen fruit in it is great. I buy grapes and put them into the freezer. I also do this with most kinds of berries. When I get a glass of iced tea, I put some of the fruit into the glass, cover that with ice, and pour a lightly sweetend tea in. I have found that Jasmine Tea is great this way, but you can also use black tea.

I know this will sound weird but on hot days I do a few things.
1 I blend my Diet Pepsi with ice and make a home made Slurpee
2 I add a little cran apple juice to it and it taste like a mixed drink with no alcohol.
3 I mix OJ, Pineapple, Cran Apple, and a little 7 UP and it is really refreshing.
Good Luck and Enjoy.

Whisk a pot of thin yogurt with a bottle of lemonade and refrigerate.
Make spearmint tea, sweeten and once cooled refrigerate.
There are a number of fruit or herbal teas you can make this way, from rose hip or lime(the tree, not the fruit) to verbena, and once cooled will keep for a day if you have not got a fridge.
All citrus fruits can be juiced, topped up with water and sweetened according to taste.
Hope this helps.

water at room tempreture this is the best thing to drnk on a hot day all your body needs is to replenish water lost through sweat. a drink that is cold will take you much longer to drink as it is so cold and you are hot.

Water is still best, but your Gator Aids and other electrolyte replacement drinks are good too. Avoid any iced coffees or tea, as well as cola drinks or other caffeinated beverages. Many frozen fruit juices are good, but few are as good for replenishing as water.
