Refrigeration isn't necessary, but keep it covered so it doesn't dry out and the cat stays out of it.

Definitely ok to leave out overnight, just cover it with foil.
" A baked Pecan pie will keep at room temperature for a day or two well covered; then refrigerate. They may be covered with plastic wrap, then tin foil and frozen. "

Depends on the temperature of the room the pie is left out in.
If the room is at or below 65 degrees the pie is ok if left out (but it should be covered). Obviously, the cooler the room, the better.
If the room temp is higher than 65 degrees there is a chance that after 6 hours bacterial activity can begin, but this would not be enough to cause any intestinal problems.

OK to leave out un-refrigerated. The water activity and pH levels are at appropriate levels that this would not be considered a potentially hazardous food.
