Hey, can anyone tell me how to make macaroni and cheese the kind htat is baked NOT the one from kraft in a box, I mean the one that you use grateed cheese and stuff.

I AM LOOKING FOR WELL PRICED STAINLESS STEEL PANS, BUT I DON'T KNOW IF THERE IS A PARTICULAR GAGE OR THICKNESS OR WHAT EVER I SHOULD BE LOOKING FOR. I just got it at the goodwill for 19.95 less a 25% discount as it's my birthday month, and am excited about using it for the first time,
it looks clean but I'd like to clean it again before using it of course, and after. I have no extra parts or keys or booklet to tell how to take it apart, I've lowered the bar and the top comes off easy, but how about the steel grater spining thingy, and the lower bowl? how do I get that apart or off the motor unit? Help!

My husband brought home a big frozen bag of "medium precooked beef ravioli" from a restaurant supply store. I want to make it with a 25 oz bottle of pasta sauce I have on hand, but I don't know how much ravioli to prepare for that much sauce.

Since the ravioli has to be boiled before mixing it with the sauce, I can't just keep adding it until it looks like the right amount--I have to weigh out the right amount before cooking.

Any ideas?

I have high colerstole, but I need to gain weight .I have a fast matalism n my eating habits are not that good in the 1st place. So to all women n men who love to cook (n know how ) plz tell me what to eat to gain weight. I want more meat on my bones, I know women like to be small but not me! not lol at all. Plz no jokes Im serious and i need to know how to prepare it too. How about the Itlian food soul food of course country home fried cooking ect.... I want to gain weight Im feeding a family of 2. But I do enjoy left overs. If you know some1 who you find a little heavy tell me what are they eating the most. Famlies with a large # of ppl who may be a it big.... plz tell me what u r eating, tell me how to bake tell me how to cook fry broil smother what ever. This is truly a fast quick way to gain 12 points I just might even put a part 2 to my food search. This is the first time we are having the entire family over for Thanksgiving. I'm can cook a turkey, mashed potatoes, all the normal stuff and I know what I'm making for dinner, but does anyone have any good ideas for desserts or maybe other simple side dishes? We're thinking of making a few different items for side dishes, a few different desserts, and just having alot of options so that there is plenty to choose from incase someone doesn't like something they have other options to choose from. Any ideas?

Also, any ideas for an easy home-made table centerpiece?
