As you know by everyone else's answers, Bacardi 151 is a type of alcohol made by the Bacardi brand. I think you may be talking about "jungle juice" or "casuela". This is a fruity party drink usually made for a large group of people. You can get really creative with this drink but here is an idea.
Take a large container (a portable plastic tub works well) and put like two bags of ice in it. Then, cut up maybe a dozen each of lemons, limes, oranges, etc. Citrusy fruits work well because they pack a lot of flavor and absorb the alcohol well. Then pour in some rum (this may be where you got the idea for 151, it would work in this), vodka, and tequila together enough to fill the container 1/2 way with alcohol. You can really use any hard alcohol you like, but I would stay away from gin and whiskey as their flavors don't mix well with others. Next, fill the container up the rest of the way with some sort of fruity juices (I'd go for orange, and lemonade, limeade, fruit punch, etc) and VOILE! You have a massive cocktail to serve many. Don't forget to each the potent fruit at the bottom. MMMMMMMMMM

Bacardi 151 isn't a cocktail, as far as I know, it's a kind of rum. Specifically, a very strong rum that is 151 proof (it's over 75% alcohol). It can be used in cocktails and whatnot; it's also alcoholic enough that you can light it on fire.
There are tons of recipes you can make using rum, including lots of fruity rum drinks, daiquiris, mojitos, etc.
