I bake mine in a baking dish at 350 degrees. I put s & p on top with a lemon slice, butter, and fresh rosemary. I also add some lemon juice, white wine, and chicken stock to the pan so I can create a sauce after it cooks. It takes about 10-15 minutes. I serve lemon spiked mash potatoes with the salmon. My bf LOVES this dish!

I use tin foil that is covered with a no stick spray. Just use a piece 3 times as big as the fish. Just wrap the fish in the tin foil and bake for about 20 minutes at 350.
I also like to use some fruit on it for extra flavor (examples: apple, lemon or pear slices.) Or even some onion slices and mushrooms.

slow bake it on a low temp like 250F with just salt and pepper and a little oil on the pan. then after it starts to look opaque take it out, turn the broiler on and spread some homemade flavored butter on the top and put it under the broiler until the butter melts and salmon is completely opaque.

butter flavor ideas:
-lemon, ginger
-lemon, dill
-garlic, thyme
-whatever herbs you have lying around the fridge

Salmon is very versatile. It can be baked in foil for 15 mins in oven, or baked in dish with sauce for 10 mins in over, or microwaved for 5 mins, or poached or grilled or fried.

For filets or steaks: At about 335 degrees F (165 degrees C) for about 25 minutes (or until any sauce or butter is bubbly and just beginning to brown).
