i need a good website for cooking receipts specially Hispanic food something different don't get me wrong i can cook but i would like a change i can cook Puerto Rican , Mexican , American i can do roast but there are times when i just get tired of the same think or at least it feel likes it some of you lady know what i am talking about but please nothing to weird i would like to learn to cook more authentic puerto rican food i know lots of the basic but there are some stuff i could refresh on so please help?

My son will not eat lunch meat or pb&j. Also, he eats so late in the day that hot meals, even in a thermos, get cold. He loves tuna, but I can only pack once a week (mercury). We also do yogurt, but even the organic is loaded with sugar. Sometimes I will do almonds and other nuts. Obviously we do lots of fruit, but I need ideas for good sources of protein. He also hates cheese!! See my dilemma?? Any ideas?

To make it moist and quite boozy - how much whisky should I put in before and how often/how much should I "feed" it afterwards?
Is it better to "feed" it from the top or bottom? I've always done it from the top....but couldn't really taste the whisky afterwards!
