So I go drinking once or twice a week. I drink around 9 to 10 drinks (mostly beer and im 210 lbs (muscular not fat)) at a time. I have never had a hang over in my life (I am extremely thirsty at night thought) I am harmless when drink.(last time a guy was pushing me around normally I woyld have beat the **** out of him but I just took it and let him push me around and didn't want ) I have the best times and im not shy anymore (I used to blush when i talked to gals)now they talk to me so social i have made a lot of good friends and kept old ones. How bad is this damaging my liver? is this damaging me physically? Should I cut out this habbit?

I have devil's food cake mix

My daughter is a vegetarian (but eats eggs and dairy). She will be starting school next year and I need some good ideas for her to take for lunch since school lunchrooms are not very veggie friendly. She is very picky. Any good ideas I can put in her lunch box? (besides the normal things like veggie sticks, yogurt, etc...). She loves veggie chicken, can she eat that cold?

Whenever i eat meat, i feel kinda bad, because both my friends are vegetarians. i wanted to become a vegetarian since i was nine years old, but my mom wouldn't let me because she says i don't get enough protien and all that stuff. i tried telling her that there are a lot of things that can substitute meat, but she doesn't believe me. i really need help on this!

Hi, I havent drank pop for a year because of the high sugar content. I have nestea iced tea occasionally, but I think it has just as much sugar as pop. Is it just as bad for you?

Here's a simple test I just read about:
Plant some seeds in 2 pots. Water one with the cooled water that was microwaved and one that's from the tap. The seeds watered from the microwaved water will not sprout. I tried this comparing microwaved water as compared to conventional heating and it's true - the microwaved water prevented the seeds from growing! There is something to this. After having used a microwave for 15 years religiously, I finally stopped after doing some research. There is a wealth of info on the net about how microwaved food is chemically altered, etc. I just figured why not err on the side of caution and use other means of cooking. I use a flashbake oven which uses halogen light technology. The seeds sprouted when using water from this oven.
