ice cream cakes, milk shakes
share with the neighbors or have a ice cream party. what you do not use can be frozen for many days ahead of ice cream happy days.

Actually, here's an idea. Get some diff flavors of graham crackers - honey, chocolate, cinammon etc... then put a scoop of ice cream between two of them and freeze them. They make good ice cream sandwiches!
Have an ice cream social this weekend with your friends or invite your kids' friends over :)
I'd probably give most of it away to neighbors, LOL, because I'd end up with one of my youngest children's toddler spoons eating it straight out of the gallon LOL!

Invite the neighbors over and have an ice cream social! Just provide some toppings (chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, nuts, sprinkles, cherries, etc...)!
