Rosemary is the best on chicken.

A quick recipe: add some honey to some olive oil and rosemary, coat the chicken breasts, then bake.

Meanwhile, in a rush, lightly steam some veggies with a little bouillon in the water.

Rice is a good choice for a side as well. You can add spice to it too.

This sounds weird but has a slightly sweet BBQ taste:

1 cut up chicken
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 envelope onion soup mix

Clean chicken and put in oblong baking dish. Mix other ingredients together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.

This is what my mom use to make and now I do. I love it and it's simple. Let the chcken breast sit in italian dressing for a while. Put olive oil in the pan and some italian dressing. Heat, put the chicken in and it is really good. Don't for get to season the chicken with garlic seasoning salt and whatever.

For sides I would use white rice with a green veggi.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMD0G

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Second the rosemary. An EASY one is to buy pre-made pesto and brush on chicken. Bake or grill. Steam or grill asparaus tossed with a little olive oil and fresh cracked pepper. Rosemary roasted new potatoes--quarter the potatoes, toss with rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper.
