My organic white wine vinegar has sediment. It's not old. Is it normal because it's organic?

It may have been exposed to extreme heat. You can filter it [something they may not have done at the organic vinegar plant] by using a coffee filter. If it smells sour [not like vinegar] like spoiled ketchup then throw it and try a new one.
