My killer burger recipe:Sorry, I don't have amounts, have always done this by eye. You'll know how much as you gather the ingredients.
Ground Chuck
Blue Cheese
Sliced Green Onions
Minced Garlic
Ground Mustard Seed (dried mustard)
Hot sauce of your preference (cholula works great)
Salt and Pepper
Mix all together, then divide mixture into number of burgers you wish to make. Form each piece of meat into a ball. Press your thumb into the center of the ball, and place a piece of chilled butter into the depression you made. Reform ball around butter, then flatten into patties.
Grill, enjoy.

1 pound lean ground beef
12 oz Chorizo (mild)
1/2 medium onion diced small
smush together and make patties
Cook to your preference. Top with Pepper Jack cheese-shredded.
Serve on Sour Dough bread with slices of tomato.
Spread the bread with mayonaisse that has a little lime juice added to it.

Combine Lipton Onion Soup mix with a pound of ground beef. Make patties and cook to your preference.

Worcestershire or Soy Sauce. You could also use Garlic Powder (not Garlic Salt) for Garlic burgers.
