I do not specifically know how much it is damaging your liver or you physically. But, three beers will put you right on the edge of you being illegal to drive.
It sounds like the 9 or 10 beers is opening you up a bit -- allowing you to be less shy. You are catching a buzz for sure. Be careful out there -- you are touching on being dangerous for yourself in becoming alcoholic, being in an accident and hurting yourself or someone else, and having bad health issues. Oh! And the very costly embarrassing DUI (driving under the influence)
It is all a downward spiral. Watch out!

I think you should cut down the amount you drink. You could have a dependency issue since you feel better when you are buzzed, eventually you will like to have that feeling of confidence all the time and you may want to drink more often. Work on getting the confidence without drinking. It is damaging you physically and your emotional damage will cause you to drink more.
Tip: Try drinking a glass of water in between each drink. This will keep you from drinking so much and will help you flush it through your liver and you wont get so thirsty!

Long term, of course; short term -say you stop in a month or two-probably nothing too bad.
A few select quotes from what I found (to scare you a little maybe):
"Cell membranes are highly permeable to alcohol, so once alcohol is in the bloodstream it can diffuse into nearly every tissue of the body."
"Ethanol acts as a central nervous system depressant. In small amounts, ethanol causes a mild euphoria and removes inhibitions, and in large doses it causes drunkenness, generally at a blood ethanol content of about 0.1%. At higher concentrations, alcohol causes intoxication, coma and death. A blood ethanol content above 0.4% can be fatal, although regular heavy drinkers can tolerate somewhat higher levels than non-drinkers. Eight to ten drinks per hour is considered a fatal dosage for the average 54 kg (119 lb.) person. One drink is equivalent to one shot of 40% abv (80 proof) liquor, one 12 US fl oz (355 ml) beer, or one 4–5 US fl oz (120–150 ml) glass of wine."
"The liver breaks down alcohols into acetaldehyde, and then into acetic acid by the enzyme acetaldehyde dehydrogenase. Next, the acetate is converted into fats or carbon dioxide and water. The fats are mostly deposited locally which leads to the characteristic "beer belly". Chronic drinkers, however, so tax this metabolic pathway that things go awry: fatty acids build up as plaques in the capillaries around liver cells and those cells begin to die, which leads to the liver disease cirrhosis. The liver is part of the body's filtration system and if it is damaged then certain toxins build up, thus leading to symptoms of jaundice."
Here's why it feels good:
"Ethanol is quickly absorbed into the bloodstream and reaches the brain. As a small molecule, it is able to cross the blood-brain barrier. For reasons that are still unknown and under scientific study, it then triggers the release of dopamine and endorphins into the bloodstream, which cause euphoria."
Occasionally, sure, but I wouldn't make it a habit. Learn to be more outgoing sober...or find a safer drug : P.

Honestly your consumption is a bit high, try pacing a bit slower. Drink or .05 beers in between. I've worked in pubs for years and I've known 80+ old men who drink that in a day, but some of them don't make it. If you're young you'll probably grow out of this behaviour, like get married and start a family.
If you are worried go to the doctor for a physical and ask for a liver enzyme test, but you will probably get the bad for you lecture.

nope, I would say you are doing just fine... if you can afford that many beers at the bar than keep it up. Your liver is quite healthy especially for you weight and muscular physique... don't worry, a good sign is that you don't ever get hang overs and you are thirsty because alcohol is dehydrating so hydrate well and often.
Some signs of drinking too much is called jondice and that is apparent when the white parts of your eyes turn yellow... this means that your liver is working overtime and is poisened but you have to drink way more than what you are to get that... still if you see or have any signs of jondice than quit drinking immiediately... k.. but you are fine good luck and enjoy all the laddies!

Whether You cut it out is up to you buddy, It sounds like you're really enjoying it and you only live one life.
I've heard liquor can damage your liver, I don't believe beer is that bad, and you said you only do it once or twice a week. Every working man is intitled to a little fun, even if it is drinking.
Keep having your fun , live it up while you can. It's your life.

Stick with Beer and you will be ok. Lay off the Hard stuff. If you are not fat, you will get your tranquilizer and Vitamins all in one fell swoop.
I drank a quart of Beer for over 15 years every night after work and I am doing just fine.

Hi, please make sure you drink plenty of water before and during your outings. Good advice about not drinking and driving, sounds like your responsible, "party on".
