I am tring to lose weight after a surgical procedure. I know water is a good help in this, but the thought of all the water needed in a day going past my tastebuds is a nightmare. Please send any suggestions on how to make water taste better.

When you think of the United states, many cities bring to mind a certain food, perhaps Barbeque in Kansas City, or Bratwurst in Green Bay. What other examples of city-food relationships are there? In particular I'm interested in smaller cities / towns rather than metropolitan areas, places that might make a good weekend trip. (Although, I am interested in cities throughought the US.)

I'm looking for chemical information, here. Composition, freezing point, etc.

It can't be just water because water expands too much when it's frozen.

When I was a kid, I remember getting this candy: round, about half the size of a golf ball, came in peppermint, butterscotch and cherry flavors, with a texture like a very porous peppermint stick. Almost like a meringue - they were hard but would melt on your tongue. Anyone know what I'm talking about? What are they called and where do I buy them? Thanks!

It can be a beverage or desert. Anything it doesn't matter as long as it doesn't use more than a can. (about 1 1/4 cups)
