i would be careful with the 100 calorie packs because their contents are very little so you are left hungry, so i would choose soemthing that has more substance, such as goldfish, which are baked and only contain like 150 calories per serving, fruits and veggies, which you can eat as much as you want in my opinion because they are natural and so good for you. string cheese contains alot of protein. Another thing (and what i make all the time) is you take frozen fruit without added sugar, put into a food processer with some sugar free sparkle water, or just water, some frozen fruit concentrate without sugar, adn mix until smooth. You wil have a healthy refreshing sorbet......
dried fruit is also a good choice. They have a bake doritos which are very nummy...
also yogurt and rice cakes

Hummus, yogurt, string cheese, raisins, nuts are all good choices. Also there are a lot of different varieties of 100 calorie packs that would be an excellent snack.
