Do you tip the whole portion of fruit into the yoghurt and mix it all together?
Do you eat the fruit portion first and then the yoghurt separately....or vice versa?
Do you put a little of the fruit portion and some yoghurt onto the spoon together?

I am always super nice to waiters after hearing stories my mate told me about things that go on behind the scenes in restaurants. they used to do one thing called the Itchy and Scatchy show, I will leave it to your imagination.

I have a friend who is on a diet and coming over for dinner tomorrow. She is on a low carb and low fat diet. I want to brighten her day (the dinner is a birthday party for her) by making a delicious meal that she can actually enjoy. I am looking for recipes for drinks, appetizers, main course and dessert. The ingredients can't be too expensive or hard to find (I shop at Wal-Mart) and the recipe must be enough for eight people. Also I would appreciate it if people only posted recipes that they have tried themselves. Any help is greatly appreciated.

My kids have never come to my house (when they don't have to split the time across town w/Dad)for a holiday. They are all 3 grown, 3 grandkids from 2-13 and are into healthy, not meat foods.
LOVE DESSERTS. Id like to have thru the day, intermittent fun little activities, can involve music(they have a hiphop band) a little
beer and wine. Some kind of little gift at their placesetting.All real colorful, upbeat and heres the catch. I am so broke.It seems they always kind of seem bored. None eat meat or drink milk.
Any ideas?????

This is not just connected to the lager/vodka question previously asked but also to the drinks i supply my kids with. I've heard that the artificial sweeteners can contain chemicals linked with cancer such as aspartame and phenylalanine? Anyone got any info on this? Should i go for full fat, full sugar "fruit shoot" type drinks for them or the sugar free version with sweeteners?

I don't want to know where to get certain things on sale, or a sales pitch for ordering on line. I just want INFORMATION. Like which is most cost effective, frozen juice, bottled or koolaid. Or what gimmicks the marketing dept. of stores uses to get u to buy an item. Things that are a waste of money or LOOK like a good deal.
