I am a vegetarian who choses not to eat any kind of animal flesh, be it chicken, pork, seafood, beef, etc. I will also only eat organic cheeses and eggs if the animals are treated well. I do know of some people who call themselves vegetarians and who eat some types of meat, but in the majority of cases, a vegetarian will not eat any kind of meat.
