It is obvious to me that everyone else that answered has no clue what a hand grenade is. It is unfortunately patented but you can buy the mix online from the place in New Orleans that invented it. Just Goggle it with New Orleans and it should come up.

1 1/2 oz gin
1 1/2 oz grain alcohol
1 1/2 oz melon liqueur
1 1/2 oz rum
1 1/2 oz vodka
Stir ingredients together in a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Add water and sugar if desired, to taste, and serve.
