/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
3 lbs broiler-fryer chickens, cut up and skinned
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Combine butter, honey, mustard, lemon juice and paprika, stirring well.
Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and place chicken meat side down, in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish.
Pour honey mixture over chicken; cover dish and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
Remove chicken dish from refrigerator; bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove cover, turn chicken pieces; bake and additional 30 minutes or until done, basting occasionally with pan drippings.

Teriyaki Honey Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken, cut into pieces 1 kg.
Honey ½ cup
Soya sauce ½ cup
Sherry, dry ¼ cup
Ginger, grated 1 tsp.
Garlic, crushed 2 cloves.
Salt As required

Instructions:
1.Clean, cut, wash and place the chicken in a plastic bag.
2.Mix the honey, soya sauce, sherry, ginger, garlic, salt and our in the plastic bag with the chicken.

3.Keep turning the plastic bag so that the sauce coats the chicken pieces.

4.Close the bag, marinate in refrigerator for 6-7 hours and keep turning 2 or 3 times.

5.Remove the chicken from the plastic bag and reserve the marinade for later use.

6.Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on a baking pan, cover with a foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 an hour.

7.Remove the foil, brush with the reserved marinade and continue to bake uncovered until one.

8.Serve hot.

Baked Honey Chicken:

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
1/3 cup minced onion
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (3-pound) whole chicken, skinned
Vegetable cooking spray
2 teaspoons paprika
Garnishes: gourmet salad greens, lemon slices

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add chicken. Seal and chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Coat a rack in a roasting pan with cooking spray.

Remove chicken from marinade, and place, breast side up, on rack. Pour marinade over chicken. Tuck wings under.

Bake, covered with aluminum foil, at 375° for 45 minutes. Uncover; coat chicken with cooking spray, and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, 45 more minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into chicken thigh registers 180°, basting occasionally. Remove from oven, and let stand 15 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish; garnish, if desired.

Yield: 6 servings

* 3 pounds Frying chicken -- cut up
* 1 cup Honey
* 1/2 cup Butter
* 1/4 cup Lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon Salt

Place chicken in roasting pan. In saucepan, mix honey and butter. Heat til bubbly.
Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice and salt. Baste chicken and bake in 325~ F oven 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Baste with sauce about every half hour.

Honey Chicken

4 pieces chicken breasts
20 ml honey
50 ml teriyaki sauce
5 g garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
4 pieces spring onions

Chicken Breasts
Marinate the chicken with teriyaki sauce, garlic powder and honey for 2 hours.
Place the chicken on a tray and brush the teriyaki sauce on the chicken. Bake for 6 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush it with honey.
Bake the chicken for another 8 mins at 180 degrees.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and choppped spring onion on the chicken to serve.

Honey Mustard Wings

12 chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
3/4 cup GREY POUPON Honey Mustard, divided
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper



PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Toss chicken with 1/2 cup of the mustard.
PLACE in single layer in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, brushing with the remaining 1/4 cup mustard during the last 5 minutes of the baking time.

Ingredients:-

-1 lb. (approx 500 g) diced chicken
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-1/4 cup honey
-2 tablespoons corn starch
-1/4 cold water
-1/4 cup pine nuts
-sesame seeds
-fried chinese noodles

Method:-

1) Marinate chicken in soy sauce for a few hours.Saute chicken in wok or fry pan until brown.
2) Mix cornstarch and water together.
3) Add honey and pine nuts to chicken, then cornstarch mix.
4) Stir until honey thickens and coats the chicken. Mix in a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Serve with boiled rice and steamed vegetables. Top chicken with fried Chinese noodles.
