I think it was something else that you ate.

I have a throat ulcer and gastritis of the stomach and turkey meat is very easy for me to eat and digest -- only fish is easier of the animal proteins.

What else did you have with that turkey? Maybe some unusual bread or some fancy dessert?

Suppose to make you feel bloated. Says so on the Turkey package. If it makes you feel constipated .. bring it back for a full refund. Good Luck! :)

in case you purchase an entire turkey you get the two - the chicken is the breast, wings and back the darkish is the drumsticks and thigh. The darkish meat is richer and has greater flavor the white is dryer and desires greater gravy. darkish-fattier/White much less fat. wish that clears issues up and facilitates you come to a decision.

This is why I am a vegetarian... poor birds. But I do know that it takes about one to three days to expel any thing you eat if you have a slow digestive system

The only thing turkey has in it is triptofan. Which makes you tired.
