Any recipes or ideas? I was thinking plain ol' hamburger helper and mashed potatos. An ol' favorite. But anyone else got some better ideas?

I need to know how to make Brazilian Black Beans. Mine are always bland. They don't taste authentic?

Searching for Food Recipes Online - Help Needed?

Hi,

I am curious to know what most people do when searching food recipe sites online (the major ones like Epicurious and Foodtv, etc.

Do you use one recipe site exclusively, or more than one?

Do you store your recipes in one place, or keep an online recipe box in each of the various sites' "recipe boxes" that you visit?

Personally, I use 4 or 5 sites regularly, and keep online recipe boxes in each of the sites. It can be a bit of a pain

Can a person that can't have cheese because they are lactose intolerant have yougurt cheese?

I'm lactose intolerant and hurl when I normally have cheese. Although I can have dorittos and not hurl (go figure!) any way could I try yogurt cheese and not hurl? is it safe to eat for lactose intolerant people? I am tired of not being able to eat cheese. help!

is bartending a really tuff & complicating job ??..should i bac out now tht i hav time ??

i've been takin bartending clases and so far its been going fine .... but i dont knw if i'll make a good bartender .. cuz i hav always been kind of shy and dont really talk too much unless if i knw tht sombody really gud .. so since bartending seems like a lot of talking to do ..i dont knw should i back out or go on ????
