Should i just sprinkle it on top?

I remembered to put sugar in it - thanks everyone - i will try and sprinkle it on top with a touch of icing sugar.

Yes, Sprinkle it on top is fine. Not to worry! Just don't sprinkle too much; cinnamon can be overpowering.

I would sprinkle some on top, but i would also add sugar so that it isn't too overpowering. Then I would pop it into the oven for just like three minutes so that it cooks onto your strudle just a bit. Good luck, bet its goooood!

Sprinkle on cinnamon before serving laugh about it with those you are serving because it really isn't that big a deal and you are sure to laugh about it yourself for years to come. we all make mistakes and you will be sure not to make the same mistake twice. I am sure it will be fine. besides some people like more cinnamon others like less. SMILE !

Nope :-) just sprinkle it in the bottom of the serving plate and on top of the strudel.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Nobody will ever know. They will just be trying to eat it fast enough so that the ice cream doesn't melt......... Nice work.
