Try the fig bars because sugar is empty calories.

Non fat fig bars would be high in sugar and calories, but good for fibre and potassium. Chocolate is rich in endorphins. Choose chocolate that has 70% cocoa and no milk, so no cholesterol. Chocolate in small quantities would be "less worse" if you are looking to reduce your calorie intake.

Sugar sticks to you easier. With the added fat, you could do a little bit more calorie burning but with the sugar, you'll have to do more calorie burning ya know? That's why if you have to have a soda, have diet!

I would go with non fat tons of sugar. Fat has more calories per gram than sugar. Also, I try not to "do" artificial sweeteners.

Lots of fat is worse. Try eating things like nuts and fruits. They are much better for you.

I wouldn't eat either of them if you are trying to watch what you eat, try eating an oatmeal bar or a yogart bar, they are just as good if not better, and better for you! :)

You didn't say how much of either or anything about the other ingredients. "Less worse?' That's like my favorite, "More gooder"
