Any type of cheese is acceptable (i.e. easy cheese, american cheese, polyo string cheese). Special credit to more exotic foreign cheeses.

Brie!
Brie is the best known French cheese and has a nickname "The Queen of Cheeses". Several hundred years ago, Brie was one of the tributes which had to be paid to the French kings. In France, Brie is very different from the cheese exported to the United States.
In order to enjoy the taste fully, Brie must be served at room temperature.
But, a baked brie is also divine!

I like Queso Manticosa from Argentina. Roquefort from France, Brie, Gruyere. I could go on all night. You should have a cheese tasting party and try them all!!!!!

Colby cheese (gotta be good stuff, not generic brands) makes the BEST omelettes and grilled cheese sandwiches.
Second choice: good stinky Bleu Cheese for salads, etc, mostly because it bugs my wife.....;-)

i love love LOVE smoked guda cheese. or smoked cheddar.
i also like provolone (thinly sliced!!) and mozzerella (cubed).
string cheese is amazing, as is the colby cheese sticks sold at wawa :D
i'm just a cheese loving girl!

colby jack becaue its goog melted or cold and if you take a tortilla and put some colby jack in it put in microwave for 1 minute it is the fastest and best snack ever goes great with black cherry Kool-Aid
