Any food that tastes good is loaded with calories.....
The better a food tastes, the more calories it has....
Seriously....junk food is loaded with empty calories...which mainly just add to body fat.....
Fish, chicken, peanut butter, mixed nuts & other healthy high protein foods would be good foods to add more healthy pounds...
Avoid too much sweets & white flour products.....
make sure also adequate exercise is employed...
...hope this helps

Potatoes, rice, pasta, red meat. Try cutting down the sugars to reduce the hyper. Serve above with gravies or butter or sauces.

Stay away from high-sugar, high-calories foods. Feed your son more proteins and complex carbohydrates. Potatoes and pasta will help him gain weight, plus they're both excellent bases for many tasty and nutritious foods.

Go to Denny's for breakfast. I hear the new Gand Slam meal has around 1200 calories.
