Have any of you ever been really in love with someone who had a drug addiction? I stayed with him through rehab and he ended up leaving me for someone he met in there. Two years later we have started talking again and now he just drinks and smokes out. It was okay for awhile because it isn't like it was. The other night we fought about his inability to commit and he asked me in front of his roommate to move in. He said he was in love with me and that we would make it work this time. The next day I called him at work and he was rude and told me he was busy. I hung up and haven't called back. It is like he is only sweet when he's high and either forgets or it freaks him out when he realizes what he said. I don't want to move in with him just be an actual item? I feel like such a fool and I know somewhere in my mind this will continue. I just love him so it makes it tough? Has anyone been in a situation like this? How did you deal, and or heal? Thanks!

Last year I dated this girl, Ana, it was this great connection. The relationship was a bombshell relat. Fun, excitement, amazing sex, understanding, trust, everything. But it failed. She was confused and was new to the (gay)dating scene. (you get alot of attention when ur pretty and new) We continued to see each other here and there like a love hate relationship. We talked about our sit and we agreed to work it out cause we care a few times but it all ended badly. Her throwing our friendship out the door. Ever since we dated her friend and I remained close. I got feelings for her bestf (mary) i told her and she was like no you dont. So i put them away and forgot about them perhaps she was right. Months later mary pursues me in the worst of ways. I'm all confused cause I'm still hung up on ana but it came to apoint where i had to get over her. so i started dating mary. 4 months down the road we've broken up twice. For starters i cant get ana out of my head, i never could. .........

How do you know that youre the best with sexual things when it comes to your boyfriend and the people in his past? That he doesnt wish you were better or notice things they did that you dont? If he says he has never compared does that mean he really doesnt or that he just doesnt want to tell you they were better?

I understand married/taken men check out other women, but why can't they control it when their signifcant other is around? Why are women OK with a guy glancing at other women when you're with your man? Can't guys control that at least? I just think it's disrespectful.
I know if I'm with a guy I'm into, I control how much I look at hot guys because I wouldn't want him to feel insecure. I don't mean to sound

By the way I believe the followng (common) answers have no merit and I would like to see different answers besides these:
- it's in men's nature
- women do it too
- all men look (yeah, well why can't they look when their girl ISN'T around?!)
- a guy can have the best meal at the restaurant but still look at the menu
- "oh, i'm fine with it because it's ME he's going home with"
etc.

Women, why are you ok with this?
Men, why do you do it *in front of* your girlfriend/wife?


It just seems like men are never satisfied with what they've got.

Because in those terms, I never know if a girl will like me for who I really am, and not for how popular I am, how much money I have, or how do I show presense for her friends.

i like these two guys for awhile but no matter what i act like a friend even though i dont give in when they want to. and they both called me sweetie. they dont know each other but i find it a little odd because i havent talked to to them for a lil while and one usually calls me butt head and now hes calling me sweetie and the other one usually just sticks to my name and now hes calling me sweetie. does this mean theyre interested?

okay i was with a guy for about 5 months and he started messing around with other girls that were my friends so we are over now(we kinda dumped each other). Then i dated this guy for abotu 4 months and he was concieted so i dumped him.Then i dated this other guy for like a month and he dumped me bcuz i didnt walk up to him in school bcuz his friends were jerks and told me to get on my knees and **** so i didnt go to his locker. My and this boy have been together for two years and we broke up like a month ago and we've been trying to work things out...well at times he aggravates me and does things that we disccused that i dont like such as his attitude. Basically he makes me angry sometimes and just makes me wonder.."since we're not together should we just let it go because it's been a month and we're still not back together" and thats because of my choice. Ok, so i'm at the library and there are 2 boys who i'd guess are 12-14(wild guess) who were sayin stuff like 'hey cutie' and(i cant belive the librarians didnt notice) wisling.....yea, wtf

Well, I said "shut up or i WILL throw a book at you"...that stoped them for a little.

Then when i check out, i type in i PIN number..one of them was trying to read it.(OMG, WTF?) so i said "go AWAY!"

After i checked out, i went up and told em that "there are many ways NOT to get a girlfriend. Being a jerk is one of them"

I know it's wrong in every way possible but with this one i can't help it. I don't want to hurt her or him, but the way he looks at me makes me totally forget he's got a girlfriend. Some people tell me to wait a bit and then see if he'll ditch the chick once he knows me enough to make a decision, some people tell me that i'm just the side dish, but we have only kissed. Should i wait a little bit more and see where it goes or say good-bye now?

we've been dating for about a year and we love each other. We live together and spend most of what little free time we have with each other. However, lately she has been acting rather distant and she avoids having sex with me. I don't believe that she is cheating. I have no reason to think that. She told me that she feels pressured to sleep with me lately. Also that it feels like when i do sweet things, my only motivation is to get her into bed. This however is absolutely not true. I told her that the reason that I do these sweet things is to show her that I love her. I also said that sleeping together is another way that I show her how much I love her. Can anybody give me some advice or maybe a perspective on this one. Thanks.

I'm 12 years old and the girl I like is also 12 years old. During winter break she asked me if I liked anyone. I didn't want to tell her but she begged me and I tild her that it was her. She told me also that she liked me. So I told her to go on youtube and watch my video of me playing the mario theme on the piano and I asked her If she wants me to dedicate a song to her. She said yes, and she asked me if I could play The Titanic theme and I couldn't, but then the next day she told me that she had this feeling that she liked me one day and didn't the next. She still wants to hear the song I dedicated to her which is Can You Feel The Love Tonight. So will the song might change her mind about not liking me, or should I dedicate this song and learn The Titanic Theme to get her back? PLEASE I NEED ANSWERS because I can't stop thinking about the e-mails and every time I play the piano I think of her and every other word I say is her name. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
