this is a convo between me and this guy i like. We started back talking after a month of not speaking to eachother and he tells me he doesnt want a gf!!!!

He tells me "whats wrong with making out?"

i say "i feel used and i dont want to get hurt."

then he says "we aint going out so why would you get hurt?"

Then i asked him "ok so you dont have feelings for me at all?"

He says, "I do but i dont want a gf"

OMG!!! is this boy immature???? hes 17 and im not doing anything with him!!!
Insecurity or Immaturity???

theirselves for stupid things; One night stands, affairs, premarital sex, etc...I dont understand how it happened, i guess, is all.

I'm going to be 20 in July; Never smoked/ drank/ chewed once, am still a virgin (and will be), and, sadly, never had a gf, either..dont do wild parties, etc....am i the only one? It seems that way.

I'm just wordering if its my morals or my looks that hurt my chances of getting a decent girl. o_O

I recently met this guy from Yahoo Personals and we were talking about past relationships. Well, he told me he had an on again off again relationship with a married lady for about 10 months. He knew from the beginning that she was married..
I don't know..
I'm a very moral person (but not judgmental) I can let bygones be bygones..
but does this mean he has the tendency to cheat also?

I believe in god but i'm not crazy about him. I don't necessarily believe in what people say about him either. but i do believe he exists. My gf is a hardcore Christian and goes to church every Sunday. She asked me to come with her tomorrow in the morning and i really didn't want to go to church so i declined it, i just don't feel comfortable in church, (lol i'm a devil child). Well yeah. How many of you people think it's okay not to go to church? and is what i did the right thing? Btw, i tell her not to bring friends with her or go out with friends on weekends so it's only our days and she still does.. so does that sorta even it out? eye for an eye sorta thing? I love her very much though.

I would call myself shy, i mean i'm extremely self-conscious and have a huge fear of rejection. I was told by my friend last week that the first time she met me, she thought i was stuck-up. This isn't the first time i've been told this, a guy a few years ago who i knew a bit told me when he was drunk that i'm stuck up. I get really hurt by this, i don't think i am. I'm just naturally nervous and reserved. Now there's this guy at college who i really like and i'm not sure but i think he might like me, i mean he looks at me and smiles a bit and acts kind of nervous around me. My friend told me the other day though that this girl who knows him says "he's stuck-up". This worried me a bit, but then i thought, well people think that about me and i'm not, and he seems really sweet. I mean he dresses well and plays with his hair a bit too much, but he's always on his own, he's like a loner...i'm kind of like that. But yeah, i guess i just wanted to ask whether you think shy people are stuck up

I recently asked a question about homosexuals and other stuff like that. And I was surprised because just yesterday my friend confessed to me that she felt like she was lesbian before but now she's not because she fell for this guy and now she really loves him. I was like "WHAT?!?!?"

Well anyway...

She felt something else whenever she was with this girl in school. She wasn't sure if it was a crush but most likely, yeah. She just couldn't accept that she was lesbian because she felt that it was wrong to be one and God wouldn't accept it.

But when this guy came along who's a good friend of mine, he fell for her and then eventually she felt the same about him. Now she's not in any way attracted to girls. Could it be possible that she was lesbian before and now she's not?

Oh and we're not in college yet, just in high school.

There is a woman I work with who is extremely friendly with me in the workplace (hugging and going out to lunch). Anyway, she has made is clear that she is single and we are planning to spend the day together tomorrow. Well, we had a company celebration this evening and she shows up with a guy at this celebration and it is obvious from his point of view that he is interested in this girl. I mean, he was wearing the kind of outfit men would wear to pick up chicks at a night club or a date. Now, I'm suppose to spend the day with this girl tomorrow (which I plan to cancel). I'm probably in the friend zone, but could a girl please explain to me what happened? I'm kinda pissed right now.

what would you do in this situtation?

My friend was on the phone with her boyfriend and stuff they were talking and stuff and she called me back crying. her boyfriends friend called her a whore, but the worse part was that her boyfriend agreed with him. So she called me crying and i called him 3 way call, and he told me he didn't call her a whore so i asked him that if he didn't why didn't he defended my friend and not let his friend insult her that way he just tells me that he didn't cause the guy was his friend so he diodn't do anything. My friend feels like **** and i'm telling her not to cry he's not worth her tears but she can't stop. then she called him back and stuff and she hung up on him and he was still on the line while we were talking so she didn't know went and checked he was and called her ***** for not talking plz help me! and remeber WHAT WOULD YOU DO IN THIS SITUATION?

P.S. they're 13 etc. so try to not to go overboard with the insults or comments ty :)

Kay, so my best friend has been going out with this total jerk for about a month now. I was supporting her one hundrend percent until I found out he was talking about me. Ive NEVER done anything mean to him, so I dont know where his rudeness came from. So anyway, he started saying really horrible things about me. At first, I asked him nicely to stop, and he promised he would. Unfortunatelly, a day later, he started up again. He would say terrible things on myspace, to my face, or even right in front of me. He's awful. I sent him a nasty email telling him to stop, and I pretty much assumed he would. I was wrong. Ever since that email, we have had an intense "hatred" for each other. We send awful emails back and fourth. I feel kinda bad about it, but he deserves it.
Ive confronted my friend, telling her how much he hurts me, but she refueses to do anything about it. What should I do?

I am a single lady, really wanting to become the other half of a couple. I had conversations with two male friends this past weeks which made me to ask - what is wrong with me.
The first one just got married and then he said, "well, I always thought you were the one for me but you told me you had a boyfriend". Thing is, I liked him but never knew he liked me too and I didnt even have a boyfriend, so why did I say I did?

I said to the second chap as I have known him for over 2 years now " you know I always liked you but didnt let you know because I am older than you". I met him where I used to work and he came in as an intern and he laughed at me because he is actually 2 years older than me.So why was I so shy I didnt even try to befriend him.

Now I'm very single and miserable.

Please, how do I prevent such happening again?

My gf just broke up with me just cuz i talk to alot of other girls, i cant help it, i get along with girls and i like to talk to them.....I dont even flirt with them, i just talk to them and joke around with them like friends do and she doesnt understand that she is the only girl that means something to me. She thinks i am losig interest in her and that i am gonna cheat on her, but if i stop talking to my friends that are girls, i just lost most of my friends. Idk how many times i have told her and treat her like the she is the only girl i love. There was this one boy, who was a pretty good friend of mine. then all of a sudden, he asked me out. I really didn't want to mess up our friendship so I said no. After a long week of awkwardness, we started being friends again, and talked on the phone and texted regularly. I started noticing that we wouldn't talk at school for some reason, so I asked him why. he said he didn't know. During this time he told me he didn't like me like that anymore but I noticed that on his desk for science, there was a lot of graffiti all saying, "I love "my name here"." A coworker of mine wanted to know if I had a boyfriend. This is a guy I work around a lot , but don't really know or talk to that much. HE didn't actually ask, but another coworker I didn't know approached me with the "do you have a boyfriend. someone wants to know" thing. I responded yes I do, and asked why. She just said someone wants to know and walked away. She doesn't work there anymore, so I can't ask her anything.

I'm certain it was this guy because he was the only male there that day and he had been giving me some intense eye contact for a long time. He's started acting a little strange now when he sees me, I think it's pretty obvious it was him, so I don't know what to do. I do think the guy is cute, but like I said, I am unavailable.

Should I say anything to him? Do you think he was really interested or do guys just ask about any attractive girl they see?

I really liked this girl with me in college and I felt like I have to talk to her and tell her that I'm feeling her, I know she's not seeing anyone, so I talked to her 4 days ago, told her I liked her, and she wasn't expecting it, so she said she's in a shock and don't what to say, and after moments of silence, since I didn't know what to say either, I just said that it's obvious and I should leave and she said that I'll get over it. and then she said she's going to a party this weekend and would like me to come (don't know what the hell is this supposed to mean), and then I just left... I didn't go to that party.

Now i'm thinking of giving her sometime to think and then talk to her again, or get another female to talk to her about me since i already talked to her. Should I expect her to get back to me after she now knows that I like her?, since she didn't know what to say when I dropped the news on her? I know that I should move on but it gets harder and harder to forget about her...
