then he says "we aint going out so why would you get hurt?"
Then i asked him "ok so you dont have feelings for me at all?"
He says, "I do but i dont want a gf"
OMG!!! is this boy immature???? hes 17 and im not doing anything with him!!!

He is trying to use you. He wants to extract sexual pleasure out of you without actually loving you. The good thing is that this bloke admits it, some guys will just pretend to love you to just sleep with you.

I must say that boys are always immature and they dont know what they really want. I had a boyfriend, who was 18, and was also very immature.
Howewer , dont let him iether use you or make you do whatever he wants. Set your limits and try to stay separated for some time while he decides what he wants, but make him understand that you wont be always waiting for him.
And if he cant find out what he wants, I think you should forget him and try to look for another boy.

id say a little of both if he dosent want a girlfriend then this means he could be insecure about a relationship and dosent wanna get hurt he could also be inmature and just be trying to use u i think that he is just trying to make himself happy without having to have u as a gf i would suggest not doing anything like that with him unless u are dating i hope i help and wish u the best of luck
