My parents think I'm not trust-worthy. They are Christans. And I am an atheist. They are extremely relligious, fanatist, and paranoid. I am a B average student, I keep up with school...
Since I've had my girlfriend they've been a hastle. They don't let me outta the house! I don't think I've ever done anything to make them, NOT trust me. My chances of being socially active are basically limited to school! I know they only want what's best for me, and they ARE caring parents, but I think this is just unfair. I am 14 going 15.

My g/f of three weeks texted me after I tried contacting her since wednesday. We didn't fight or argue but now she says that she wants to be left alone because she is not feeling good. The last time I heard from her was before she was going to the doctor's for something health related. She is on the pill so I don't think she is pregnant. Is she just playing games and wants to be left alone for good or is she really sick? She won't tell me. She did say when she feels better that she will call but I'm not sure. Should I just forget about her and move on? Am not sure what to think.

im of average size, i work hard, make decent grades, im nice to people, but i cant get a guy to look my way. is there something wrong with me, if so then what??? i get told everyday how beautiful i am, and how great of a person i am. then i go to school & as soon as i walk into those doors, im alone for eight hours. all i want is somebody to hold me & tell me everything will be okay, when im having a bad day-which is almost everyday. or somebody to just be there for me. help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am 23 and my fiance is 28. We have had the most beautiful relationship and I can not explain how good he is to me. He has a daughter from a previous 7 year relationship that ended. He loves her very much and she is so sweet to me too. Her mother has moved on and has a boyfriend and I have accepted this situation for my future.
But, Yesterday.. he says that he needs to tell me something and it's hard for him to keep it away from me. He told me that 1 1/2 years ago there was this woman and he just turned single from his relationship and they had a short good time together. (I hadn't met him yet.)He said it was less than 10 times and he always wore a condom. He also found out that she was with another man when she went to NY and Miami.After a year she calls him and tells him she has had his baby and he couldn't believe that call. Now she lives in another country and keeps calling asking him to go and get a DNA test with her. He showed me pictures and they don't look much alike.

This guy asked me to go steady with him but I said no. It's not that I don't like him, I chop it up to not being ready to make the step. But now I fear I have heart his pride and confidence. I would like to pursue a relationship someday, but ever since I've said no he's been acting more distant toward me. What I'm asking is, how can I assure him that I am interested, just not ready to go steady? And how can I win back his love in order to keep the ball rolling?

It was age !4 for me with girl at an 8th grade graduation party in a stairwell of a church hall. I initiated it. It was first time frenching for her too.
We subsequently saw each other over the summer going to see "movies" a lot but she went to a different high school in the fall.

Is it wrong for me to expect the woman I love to be considerate and kind without being told. My girlfriend needs to be told to be considerate of my feelings and needs. I tell her about my problems but she seems to need specific instructions on how to be considerate. It kind of ruins the act of kindness for me, I dont get that warm fuzzy feeling if i have to tell someone to be nice to me. Then their act doesn't seem thoughtful or kind. I feel like a burden. I feel like i am making them be nice to me.

I've heard men like confident women, but I've seen a couple of cases that seem to prove this false. There is this girl I work with, who has no self-esteem whatsoever (constantly puts herself down), but she's nice-looking, so guys flock to her. And then, there's this other girl, who's considered quite homely to most people, who's very confident...and people ridicule her, saying she has nothing to be conident about. So, do men really like confident women, or is this just another lie just like the whole "looks don't matter" thing?

I am rich by most people’s standards (millionaire making $250k+/yr, 32 yrs old.) I own my own business (since I was 25) so it’s not obvious how much I make (as opposed to if I was a doctor etc…) I lead a modest lifestyle so you can’t tell I have money.

I’ve had a few long term gf’s in my life but have never told them anything about my finances. Eventually they can figure out I am doing ok because I never talk about money problems, always buy what I want, drive a modest car (~$30k) but paid for it in cash, have my house paid for, drop $200 on a dinner date whenever I feel like it etc… Two gfs flat out asked and I refused to tell them. I was very turned off by this and eventually we broke up.

Another one asked and I decided to try telling her. Then all of the sudden she started expecting more from me (more expensive gifts, vacations, she stopped picking up the tab for our inexpensive dates…) I ended it with her.

I’m just curious how others approach this topic.

she broke it off 4 months ago cos of her personal issues, and it wasnt an easy break up, she made a mess of it and really hurt me in the process.

we were friends first and it was only a short relationship, but while we were going out it was perfect, she even called me the best thing to ever happen to her!. now i cant get over her, i still care about her and think about her everyday.

then again 2 months ago she called me, we met up had a romantic evening and ended up spending the night together, since then...nothing.

i want to talk to her but i cant cos of the way things happened and because its been so long. i dont see her around much anymore and it feels awkward when we do see each other.

i know nothing is going to happen cos she is still dealing with her personal issues and i cant see it coming to an end any time soon.

i know i should just move on, meet new women and get on with life, ive tried, but im just drawn back to her.

what should i do?

That guy said he likes me a lot, but for some reasons I hesitated, so we just hang out sometimes but never move to next step, and we are not in a very deep relationship. When meeting him in person, we talked normally, however, when we talked in messenger, sometimes I feel weird about the way he talks. Whatever topic, he kind of links it with relationship or sex, so it makes me feel uncomfortable. For me, I do not usually talk about intimate topics with guys unless he is my boyfriend or my very close guy friends. I m just wondering, is he acting weird? or I m just being sensitive?

i havent kissed many guys at all..... very inexpirenced.
and im hanging out with the guy i like later for two and a half hours.idk if he likes me or not.
