I would have to say because most guys got a ego problem and if someone smarter or more confident than them come along they feel as if they will be the inferior one and the guys that are like that are the ones that most the time date the girls who are not the smartest.
I personally rather date someone smart have a intelligent conversation instead of random superficial talk so there are guys out there for you but alot of guys need to grow up for them to realize that them being the best at everything doesn't matter.

I don't know. Personally I would love to find a woman like that. All the gals I meet make it hard to even have a 10 minute conversation with because they have nothing intelligent to say. I'd much rather meet a woman who is confident and can challenge my mind with witty conversation then some bimbo with big **** any day.

Doesn't matter if the girl is confident or smart or whatever. If i like her, she wouldn't be intimidating at all. :)

You will have less of a pool of men to choose from, but they will be the cream of the crop. Never seem to be less than what you are, that's only temporary.

maybe they want girls who are romantic and humorous.or maybe he doesnt like the way you dress. you know,all nerdy and covered.
