I really liked this girl with me in college and I felt like I have to talk to her and tell her that I'm feeling her, I know she's not seeing anyone, so I talked to her 4 days ago, told her I liked her, and she wasn't expecting it, so she said she's in a shock and don't what to say, and after moments of silence, since I didn't know what to say either, I just said that it's obvious and I should leave and she said that I'll get over it. and then she said she's going to a party this weekend and would like me to come (don't know what the hell is this supposed to mean), and then I just left... I didn't go to that party.
Now i'm thinking of giving her sometime to think and then talk to her again, or get another female to talk to her about me since i already talked to her. Should I expect her to get back to me after she now knows that I like her?, since she didn't know what to say when I dropped the news on her? I know that I should move on but it gets harder and harder to forget about her...

When she asked you to go to the party, it was a sign that she at least wanted to be friendly. She doesn't want you to feel bad. But, she already knows you like her, so now the ball is in her court, IF she wants you. She might not, but you did the right thing to try. At this point, you should not get your hopes up, and don't obsess about her. Just move on.

you should have gone to the part with her. she asked you so she would have wanted u to go with her. she just needs time to think about things and get her feelings sorted out. sometimes girls (like me) need time to work things out in there life before they make a decision. so give her sometime and dont give up on her until she has given you an answer.

dude she asked you to a party, and you said no!! i thinkin a way you blew her off to. so just think of it as if it were the other way around and she liked you. you got shocked when she told you "the news" and then later you asked her to a party, and she blew you off!! HOW WOULD YOU BE THINKIN!! dont be stupid man, grow a pair and go talk to her.women like men who are presistant. trust me i know these things. Godd luck buddy, lets us know what happens.

You don't get someone else to talk to her. That doesn't work. But, you could try yourself again. But find a casual way. Don't blurt out that you like her. That doesn't work.
