LOL. Seriously, there are tons of single lonely men and women out there.. How can we reassure that this statement is really true?

I like this girl and we are both shy. We are in each others history class and we sit next to each other. I know not to just come out and ask her out but i dont know how to ask her for her phone number or e- mial adress. I would rater ask her in private when people arent nearby. i dont know where her locker is and i dont want to be a stalker. What should i do?

dec 2006 and my brother says he will invite him again and says he has its my brother co worker and we both like eachother will hopefully he still does but i dont beleive they have invited him i feel like there lieing my brother and his wife but not sure anyways how iam i going to make this happen to see him again at another event if its not meant to be fine but if my brother and his wife are standing in the way then i wont back off

i want to do things...i want to meet new people...i want to make friends...and i do go out to clubs and stuff to do all these...but i cannot hold a conversation for a long time...im fluent in english...but i cannot talk in english as much as i do in my native language...i can crack some real good jokes in my language...but in english i cannot do that very often...i know i m funny..but when i try to put in english..it doesnt sound funny... i do know that..what is the best solution for this?

Also i want to change my attitude towards people? I lose interest in some people after a couple of meetings? Am I judging people?

I ask this because I hate it when a girl tells me she likes me even when I liked her back it's like it's a turn off to me knowing I can have her anytime I want. And I would think it would be the same for a female if not worst knowing that a guy likes her.

I recently started seeing someone who I think is absolutely amazing in every way. Here's the issue...I'm caucasian and he is Asian (NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM FOR ME--IT'S MY FAMILY I'M WORRIED ABOUT). I am 27 years old so nobody can tell me who to date and I am sure that my mother and sisters will love him, BUT my father and grandparents are old-school German and I know that they will make racist remarks. I want to prepare them both before meeting. I don't want my grandparents to say anything that will hurt him or offend him and I also don't want him to be shocked by their ignorance if they do slip-up. Even if they don't say anything to his face, I know that when I talk to my father he is going to have "nicknames" for him. I fight with my father's side of the family a lot due to their closed-mindedness...how should I handle this???

i was with a guy who i liked a whole lot and when westarted going out he like me then he started to change we didn't even talk or hug or say hi....and i knew he didn't like me but at the same time he wouldn't dump me soi i broke up with him... he don't really care.. and i think he likes my friend so i daredher to ask him out and he told her i don't know and he didn't tell her no so technically he might like her i asked her if he asked her out what would she say and she said i don't know..plus i still like him but i knew i had to break up with him if he didn't like me and i see him all dayand if my friend says yes then it's gonna be hard seeing them together but she didn't tell me what she would say IF he asked her out... so now i feel like crap so what do i do?

Okay so I like this guy at work. But I'm a very sociable person and I talk to everyone and recently, I was talking with a guy friend and my "crush" came and stood by us but I kept talking with my friend... Anyway. So I saw my "crush" the other day and he didn't talk to me as much as he used to.

I know he sees me talking with alot of the guys. I didn't ever think it would bother him because it's not like we're dating. But then he has this sudden change of mood and I feel like he's mad at me... Gosh, I don't know what's going on. Just let me read your inputs, thanks ;)

Now, i'm not talking about bland things like hiking for 2 hours in the snow. I'm talking about totally pointless stuff that probably only 1% of couples do.

My inspiration for this question came from something that just happened with my girlfriend and I. My GF (Krista) wanted to do a shot of Jack. I told her that was fine but if I did that she would have to chase it with a shot of syrup. She agreed... but... if we chased with syrup she wanted me to drink a glass of dill pickle juice after that...

anyway... by the time this was done we had this set up...

We both squirted lemon juice in each others eye... did a shot of jack...did a shot of syrup... drank a glass of dill pickle juice... and then stuck 9V batteries on our tongues...

We accomplished this crazy crap in about 15 seconds....

So what kind of crazy stuff have you and your significant other done?

I went out with my ex on/off for 2 years.I needed to just have space from it all so I tried to have no contact with him at school since we have a class together. I started to be very mean to him even though he was just trying to be nice. i had family issues,self worth, and friend issues going on which caused me to be kinda ignorant. we still talked at times and he texted me once every week for 2 months. I still cared about him a lot.he even called me to hang out but I told him I was busy. After that he stopped trying to talk to me. Its like were both invisible. His friend said hi and waved to me but my ex just looked and me and didnt say anything. I sent him a text last night saying congratulations on winning the game. and he texted back saying thanks lol i saw you in the stands.

Does this mean he cares about me or is he just being nice or what?

Side note- Theres a girl that waits for him after some of his classes. They aren't going out.

I broke up with my hubby today because he did something i didnt like i was doing some kind of work around his area where he worked i passed through and passed some flyers out at the time i was training 4 women so they were with me long story short i introduced them to my hubby and he said hi to all and kinda flirt with one of them in my face and when i approched him he said i was crazy well one of the women came up to me and said he really made her feel uncomfortable and she really didnt appreciate that so i felt embarrassed and i just dumped him ladies am i wrong?????

I met a guy in Houston who I want to date, I live in California and plan on moving to Texas for job promotion. This guy is my age and he happens to be a cop. ok well im pretty confident in myself when im around ppl i know really well and feel comfortable around. but once i get around ppl who i don't know very well i get very self conscious and my mind freezes up so whenever someone talks to me i have really simple boring responses because i can't think of anything else to say. Its really annoying cuz there's this guy in my science class that i like and i really want to talk to more but i never know waht to say becuase im always afraid that im going to make a fool out of myself.
any advice or tips on how to be more confident around other ppl and more extroverted???

I was driving my boyfriend's car earlier today and I noticed a condom in the door of the driver's side but I know we don't use them because we are trying to have a baby. Ok so there's this guy in my class that i use to have a crush on but now i don't no if i do or not( this isn't my question though) Ok so in my chemistry class, i sit across the room from him and we always stare at each other. I don't no who started it first but when ever i'm in that class i always stare at him to see if he's looking at me. Sumtimes i notice from the corner of my eye that he's staring at me. I stare back at him but then i would always look away cuz i can't stand ppl staring at me. The thing about this is that, he would always continue to stare @ me so i always glance back & fourth at him. Anyways, my question is that why is he always staring at me? Is it becuz he likes me( he has a gurlfriend but i dont think he really likes her) or am i just paranoid cuz i dont no if i like him(he started to stare at me first, i think)? Probably sounds like nothing, since we dated for 4 months and a half. Long distance too, she's 15 im 17. And we started dating of course this summer, she recently moved to another town and new school..and..just about 3 or 4 weeks ago we had two big fights that supposedly "changed the way she felt about me"...and these fights were about sex, and nervous issues of pregnancy...So after a few countless hours of obsessing we got back together...and it seemed fine at first, until one day, she told me she just didn't think she felt the same anymore, and she didn't love me. So from last sunday we got back together, and she broke up with me last wednesday, she has a new bf, and I called her to ask how, and why, she just said "STOP CALLING ME" " I NEVER WANT TO GO OUT WITH YOU OR TALK TO YOU AGAIN"

and since then I've been crying my eyes out hysterically..i LOVE HER! and i can't get over her *cries*....what should I do? did she fall in love with him and lose feelings for me? HOW?!
