I'm 20, but how old do you think someone should be before they're allowed to date? i believe in 16, because honestly, who wants to have their parents pick up a girl and drop them off, and then pick them up again? I did that for my 8th grade dance. Even 6 years ago it was HORRIBLE!!!

My bf broke up with me after he sent me a porn email and I ignored it. I had always played the hot and lusty wench for him in the past, but I was beginning to feel that he was using me. When he asked me why I ignored the email, I wrote "I'm just not feeling very sexual lately." He cancelled a trip with me then, saying I was being passive aggressive. After that, I tried to be friends, but he still didn't seem loving to me, so the anger in me just grew. I did some vengeful things to him and said honest (but insulting) things to him after that. Now I miss him dreadfully, but he will not have anything to do with me.

If it's that easy for him to cut off all ties with me after he had said so many times how deeply he loved me, it was all a lie, right? Is there any hope I can get him back? He lives in a different state from me, so it isn't easy to just "run into him." We also do not share mutual friends.

I am doing a study for my sociology class to see what the average time frame for each of the following is (in terms of relatinships). You can use the time frames you used in your own relationships, or what you view the norm is. I know it is all relative upon the people involved and each individual relationship, but please provide what you beleive to be the 'usual' time frame.

1.) How long the couple is together before they become intimate

2.) How long the couple is together before they say 'I love you'

3.) How long the couple is together before they move in together

4.) How long before the couple becomes engaged

5.) How long an average engagement lasts.

okay guys i am not sure if this guy likes me.(keep thing clean okay im only in 7th grade) he hangs out with me and is in 5 of my classes. he keeps looking at me and does the puppy dog face. then when me, him and his friend were walking he randomly said u must really like her. then he got all quiet and looked down and keept walking. then he started talking to me. and i used to sit next to him. he acts kind of silly and dumb around me. he kept puttting his leg under mine. he walks with me in all 5 of my classes. he is always trying to act all tough around me. i think he likes me but help. will he ask me out if he likes me? should i tell him i like him?........ help

he said i looked "kool" and im awesome. I talked to him for like 4 hours straight.when i see him he looks at me and catches me looking at him (at least i knew he was looking back!!!)I like him a lot but im a year older than him but he has a gf and she's a year younger than him.Is there a possibility that he likes me but he thinks i have no chance with him because im a year older then him? The man i've been talking to for almost a year, (we never really stated that we were official, but it IS a relationship nonetheless) called me today. I hadn't heard from him for a little over a week (give or take a few days) and to be honest his call was unexpected.

We had a normal conversation and after a while he brought up the fact that this month will mark a year since we met. I was genuinely surprised he brought that up. He really sounded different today, other times he'd be distant and I would have to poke for conversation, but he sounded so calm and relaxed, with so many things to talk about.

Are these some sort of signs that indicate he might be falling for me? I've already fallen for him.. Should I tell him? or is it too soon (soon as in i'll freak him out if I say it) Or should I take the leap and just let him know how I feel towards him?

OK Ive known this guy from kindergarten hes not very popular at all I am but that has nothing to do with it hes a show off and he wants people to feel sorry for him because he shows off..

We've been friends for a while but he's painfully shy when it comes to romance (he's a bit of a jokester otherwise). He's told me that he never makes the first move and he NEVER tells the girl he likes her.. but he will hint...
I told him a few months back that I liked him, but we were both involved with other people - Now we're both single and he's kicked up the flirting to more sexual conversations and heavily teasing me about different things.
However, he does mention other girls that he thinks are attractive or whatever.
I don't want to ask him because I don't want to put him in that position because he's a real sweetheart and I don't want to force him to say something because he's afraid he'll hurt my feelings.
How can I tell if he likes me or if I'm just a close friend when he's this shy?
I'd make the first move if I were sure he liked me

Gah, this guy at my school,
he is the most annoying person in the world!

He throws paper, draws pictures of people, calls me names like-rapist- which i'm seriously not, and a lot of other stuff.
